Might be better to actually start competing...
BYD / Tesla / other EV makers are eating their lunch and all they can think is how to lower production costs ...
Might be better to actually copy what others are doing, build better EVs, vertical integration, optimize factories, figure out battery manufacturing, in-house as much as possible instead of giving away your tech via joint ventures....
