- It's super clever to leverage the Contacts app as your database. How do you handle storing the timeline of interactions, which I would think needs more structure than a raw notes field?
Full disclosure: I make Queue, which is also a personal CRM with deep Contacts app integration. That said I'm just genuinely curious.
