    Anyway, static adversarial patterns would only work against detection in very specific circumstances with very specifically limited algorithms (e.g. ones that don't use motion). So maaaaaaybe they work right now with the cameras on your street, maybe, but would stop working as soon as the companies move beyond the proverbial low-hanging fruit.

  • The first thing I thought was: this might make Tesla's cameras also not see your funky-patterned Yaris on the road as a car. Might want to test that first!
  • I'd be totally fine with that. I try to keep as much distance between myself and Teslas as possible anyway.
