    Ok, office might be a bit of a stretch.

  • Most of these people don’t need to be in office. Very few people actually touch or need to be near the product
  • Any job that can be done without needing to actually touch or be near the product should be done by AI and not with humans.
  • Worse is having to come into the office just to do team calls with the rest of the team, distributed around the globe.

    But hey, butt in the chair means work, right?

    I get this doesn't work for all professionals, it is abused by some, but lets not pretend being in the office is some productivity magic, while at the same time everything gets offshored.

  • Evidence that success is possible as it relates to worker rights and improved working conditions.
