  • Fuuuckkking hell, is the Carlinesque "average person"(1) restaurant operator blind to how ugly these fucking things look?

    At least give me some obviously painting food images like https://www.etsy.com/listing/1591393721/1950s-vintage-food-i..., rather than obviously AI images of disgusting proto-food...

  • Fried pickle chips $14. How am I supposed to enjoy myself?
  • Even before AI deceptive ads by showing renders/etc of a product were a problem, but I think I'd support a law that says any advertised product must show at least one real photo, unedited except for optional background removal, of the product prepared/resting as typical.
  • That is one insane eldritch breakfast burrito. I am not certain I would want to eat at an establishment capable of being persuaded that was an acceptable facsimile.
