They are very deep into profiling and estimating crime.
That's not a good idea in my opinion.

I bet they capture video and audio that Flock retains privately, but then send the local agency still images unless they pay a premium.
by iAMkenough - they do take it at a single place and time though! 12:00.00, then 12:00.033, then 12:00.066, then 12:00.1....
I'll go out on a limb and say that's their argument if it goes to court. maybe it's only 5fps instead of 30. It's still the kind of BS the courts need to stop allowing.
