My goal is to consolidate a lot of daily tool use in one place, what started as individual little apps for news, mail, chat, video, etc turned into an assistant and home screen dashboard which includes its own mail server, rss aggregator, and more. The business at the model, micro transactions using topup credits, which then takes a per request credit for what you use. Eventually maybe I'd do a subscription but also a business version that allows customisation.

Stowly is a home inventory app, designed originally for keeping track of your belongings and also so that, in the event of a disaster, you can easily export a list or share a link of all of your belongings for insurance claim purposes. It's turned into a lot more though with the ability to lend items to people, keep track of warranties, service history, set reminders for upcoming tasks (like changing a filter) and much more. It's ever evolving and I'm always looking for feedback / critique / suggestions.

Orator: A text based video editor that runs inside the browser without any back end. You can load a video which will get automatically transcribed. Then highlight to: delete, duplicate, replace video, replace background or export.
It is also possible to export the project to a NLE video editor https://vidstudio.app/video-editor for more advanced editing even using keyframes. The entire pipeline runs on inside a browser tab including the transcription.
The best thing about it imo is that you do not need an account you just start editing and everything will be persisted in your machine so you can come back to it later.

We try to differentiate in a few ways:
* we try to be as fast and user friendly as possible, because nobody likes filling in timesheets: logical screens that align with the task you need to perform, keyboard support, flexible input...
* democratic pricing. a lot of competitors hide the good stuff behind the expensive subscriptions, and per-seat pricing quickly becomes expensive
* It has grown from our own needs
We use Elixir and Phoenix for our application, which is quite an amazing experience. It's a very different approach from the established "React/JS storefront" with "Traditional backend language REST API" that you see in lots of places. It's also a functional language. It's definitely something new, and something that we would recommend you experience.
We also switched from a simple debian server for hosting with standard CI/CD pipelines to a more exotic setup. We are now running a full kubernetes cluster on Talos Linux, with GitOps CI/CD using Flux. This was also something new for us, and a bit of a challenge to get it working, but now it is amazing to see it in action.
