Some feedback: bury this souless shit and be a real person and send flowers to your mom yourself. Jfc what's happening? I was under the impression that "retardmaxxing" was just a stupid meme, not something people actively do.
by aeve890 - I’m not sure why people are getting so worked up about this. Ordering flowers for someone abroad can be surprisingly difficult. After staying with someone in the US, I tried to send them flowers as a thank-you once I was back in the UK. For some reason, it was an absolute pain. If this makes that easier, great.
I also doubt my mum (or anyone else I’m buying flowers for) would care whether I ordered through a website or asked a bot to help. The thoughtful part is remembering them and deciding to send flowers. I’m not sure anyone yearns for me to personally hunt down a website and type in my credit card details.
And people already love flower subscriptions. Aren’t those essentially automated flowers?

I once tried to order flowers for my mom’s birthday in Kazakhstan- and I had to jump through hoops and in addition to Soviet style checkout experience for some reason they needed also to WhatsApp me. A nice thought that should have been 1 click checkout turned into 45 min time drain. Yeah my mom got the flowers but I am not doing it again. Ever…. But now why not? Same as I buy gifts to my friends on Amazon and don’t spend my time shopping around in a mall - instead have everything optimized for the outcome. I love it!by Anelya
