Seems there's plenty of those around, on the left and on the right.. (there was a left-anarchist sabotage of power distribution in Berlin in winter)

This is a guy who tried to get a wire across high voltage lines with a self-made rocket to short the wires. Obviously Russia again is too incompetent to achieve such a simple goal.
