- Paying the WISeR contractors a percentage of denied claims is clearly going to lead to a lot of human suffering and earlier deaths. The AQS (Aggregate Quality Score) penalties are pretty much meaningless as they are just slightly reduce the poorly performing contractors' profits.by ndsipa_pomu
