- hoo boy that is a steep price for what you get. I am glad I bought big on hardware when this whole kerfuffle started, I cannot afford tech at this point (well, cannot justify the spend). I cannot wait for the AI bubble to pop, it'll suck, and will represent one of the biggest wealth transfers we've seen as a species, norways sovreign wealth fund will take a big hit, and it is a particular loss i'll mourne, but when things recover hopefully things can go back to BAU, because this is nightmarish.by Grimblewald

- Why would I trust them after the Framework laptop debacle?by moeffju
- They really should make a notebook board with the strix chip, like the zbook ultra g1a. I wouldn't mind the soldered ram having the opportunity to get this Kind of performance with no upgrade path if it had a good reasonby sandreas

- I don't understand the price, or the marketing. They promote 25 tokens/s for Qwen 3.8 Flash Next Q2, I get at least 2x that speed with an M2 Ultra for the same model on dQ4. I was hesitant buying Framework, but unless I'm looking from the wrong angle, this doesn't look like a good bargain for such usage.by pil0u
- I have the 128G 395+. I really don't think it's worth to get this 192G one. having more mem is always good, however, the mem bandwidth is the real bottleneckby crazy5sheep
